Did you know pumpkin contains beta-carotene? This is what makes pumpkins orange. If you eat too many orange vegetables for extended periods of time, your skin can actually turn orange – well, a yellowish tinge will occur on your skin.
On another note, it is important that we are listening to our body while we are isolating at home and not to mindlessly snacking. If we are not expending energy like we were at HeartFit before COVID, then we do not require the same amount of food. We require less. Don’t get me wrong, this is difficult to do. The biggest tip I can give you is listen to your body. If we are hungry, then by all means we must eat. But if we are not hungry, then try not to mindlessly eat.
