Each week, our sessions involve various age-appropriate circuits and workout routines to offer a variety of options to our members. We aim to target all aspects of physical health – focusing on upper and lower body strength, cardio fitness, balance, coordination, flexibility, and general mobility.
Participants are always encouraged to challenge themselves without hurting themselves, with each exercise designed specifically for mature age people. |
